What does BVOH mean?



When we started BVOH, our original intent wasn't to build a company. We were a small group of individuals who were 100% focused on building long-term relationships and executing with a very high level of integrity and quality for our clients and candidates. Starting out in the “Big 4” public accounting firms, when it came time to name what manifested into our company, we wanted something unique. At the time a lot of our competitors’ names sounded very similar and included the words “accounting” or “finance.” Having started out in the “Big 4," we combined the four names of the founding partners for the name BVOH.

In 2009, we started our second line of business, consulting and staffing under the same name. We did this because we wanted to offer a complete solution for our clients and candidates. We have steadily grown our team and presence in the Bay Area. Throughout the evolution of the company from 4 individuals to over 20, our mission hasn't changed.
